Mithun Chakraborty
fondly recalled his experience working with
Salman Khan
, his co-star in the 2005 film ‘Lucky: No Time for Love’. Mithun shared some funny anecdotes from their time shooting in Saint Petersburg, Russia, highlighting Salman’s mischievous side. According to Mithun, Salman was “very very naughty” and would often play pranks, even waking him up in the middle of the night.
During a recent appearance on a TV reality show hosted by
Aditya Narayan
, Mithun Chakraborty was asked which
Jackie Shroff
, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, and
Akshay Kumar
had troubled him the most. With a playful tone, Mithun quipped, “Salman Khan.”
Continuing his explanation, Mithun elaborated on Salman Khan’s playful jokes, saying, “He is a bit too much, he has so much love for me. If we’re together, he can’t keep calm for even one minute. He keeps looking for me; if I am asleep, he wakes me up. We were shooting in St. Petersburg, and around 2 am, I was sleeping. I had locked my room from inside, but how he opened the door and got in, I still don’t know.”
Adding further to the story, he shared, “He came inside, I won’t be able to tell you what happened inside after that, but when I opened my eyes, he was standing right in front of me, laughing, ‘ha ha ha haha’. I asked him, ‘kya aadmi hai tu, aadmi kya hai yaar!’ He is very very naughty, very naughty.”
When Aditya Narayan inquired about who among the four is the most charming, Mithun replied, “all of them,” and then specifically mentioned Salman. He remarked, “Salman, he will never get married but he fools them all. ‘See, I am not married, you know!’ So the girl feels that such a handsome superstar, he would marry her. But yeh bhai nahi karega, guarantee deta hoon nahi karega. Who would not fall in love with such a handsome man, tell me?”
On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen in ‘Tiger 3’ alongside Katrina Kaif. His upcoming project is ‘Sikandar’, scheduled to release next year on Eid.
