Globetrotter Aahana Kumra celebrates her birthday today and keeping with her tradition, prefers to be at home among her close friends and family when she isn’t travelling. Birthdays are no different. Spending time with her loved ones at peace, offers her solace as opposed to stepping out for parties.
Incidentally, working birthdays are a norm for the actor but on days when she isn’t shooting a film or doing theatre, she prefers to be get out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
“I am a pahaadi at heart. I love to be around the mountains. I love to step out of the city and head to the mountains at any given opportunity” she reveals.
She adds, “I am not a party person. I always like to be at home and have my close friends over for lunch or dinner instead of heading out for parties. That’s more my thing. If I do celebrate outside, that too is an intimate evening limited to my friends and family.”
