ChrysCapital, a private equity firm, has raised $700 million for its continuation fund in order to retain its ownership stake in NSE. In 2016, the company initially invested in NSE through a different fund known as Fund VI. The ownership stake has currently been moved to the new continuation fund. Sources mentioned that investors in the previous fund have the choice to either withdraw their investment from NSE or move their stakes to the new fund.

continuation fund
to maintain its shareholding in NSE. The company had first invested in
NSE
in 2016 through a different fund (Fund VI). The stake has now been transferred to the new continuation fund.
Sources said that
investors
in the earlier fund have been given the option to either exit their investment in NSE or transfer their stakes to the new fund.
ChrysCapital
did not comment on deal specifics or on details about its current shareholding in NSE.
The continuation fund has been anchored by
HarbourVestPartners
,
LGT Capital Partners
and Pantheon Ventures, the firm said in a statement on Tuesday. “The transaction provided Fund VI investors an opportunity to monetise the performance on a highly successful investment,” the firm said.
